Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Present and promote our medical billing services to potential clients, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and contracts.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulations related to medical billing.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles, preferably in medical billing or healthcare services.
Strong understanding of the medical billing process and healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
