About the Role

Home & Building Magazine by CREDAI - MCHI is hiring Business Development Executives (Media Sales & Advertising Sales) to accelerate revenue growth through strategic partnerships, advertisement sales, and subscription development.

This is a high-growth opportunity for:

Freshers looking to start a career in media sales, B2B business development, or advertising sales. Professionals with 1-4 years of experience in media, publishing, advertising, or digital sales.
You will be responsible for building client relationships, driving new business, and promoting innovative media solutions across the real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth in advertising sales, sponsorship sales, and subscription sales. Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, client outreach, and market research. Manage the complete B2B sales cycle--from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain relationships with corporates, advertising agencies, and industry partners. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create compelling media packages. Deliver customized sales proposals, presentations, and media decks to prospective clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and advertising industry developments. Represent the magazine at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Execute targeted campaigns to grow subscriptions and ensure strong client retention. Manage renewals, collections, and long-term client accounts.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 0-4 years of experience in business development, media sales, advertising sales, publishing, or digital B2B platforms. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and data-driven selling. Knowledge of the real estate or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
