About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and well-spoken

Business Development Executive

who can handle incoming inquiries, communicate professionally with clients, prepare proposals/quotations, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed projects.
If you enjoy client interaction, sales, and creating visually appealing proposals (Canva/PowerPoint), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

? Respond to new inquiries via email, phone, or website
? Communicate professionally with clients to understand project requirements
? Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations (Canva, Word, PDF)
? Follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals
? Coordinate with internal production team for timelines and project understanding
? Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)
? Assist in sending company profiles, showreels, and marketing materials
? Attend client meetings (online / in-person when required)

Skills & Qualifications

? Excellent spoken & written communication in English (Arabic is a bonus)
? Strong client handling and negotiation skills
? Experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
? Ability to design professional proposals (Canva/PowerPoint/Google Slides)
? Basic understanding of media production services (video, film, animation, photography) preferred
? Good time-management and follow-up discipline
? Tech-friendly (Email, MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
