Roles & Responsibilities



Collaborate and work along with the Marketing, PPC and Logistics to achieve total sales. Plan, organize, control, manage and evaluate the Sales plans from the customer and meet department goals and objectives to achieve optimal eficiency and efectiveness. Plan and Attend Kick-of meeting along with the stakeholders for customer sales plan. Adhere to the sales plan and define the timeline collectively with the CFT's. Hold regular status review meeting and action plan for the upcoming week with respective stakeholders weekly and keep the customer informed on the developments. Ensure to prevent customer delivery delays by constantly reviewing the Plan Vs Actual. Aim and achieve the 100% customer delivery rating. Research new market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and pinpoint target markets for the company's products and services. Cultivate strong, long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and internal teams. Generate leads through cold calls, networking at events, and other methods, and manage a sales pipeline of prospects. Secure new business by negotiating favorable terms and closing deals that contribute to sustained revenue. Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract agreements for prospects and clients. Stay informed about industry developments, analyze competitor activities, and understand market positioning to maintain a competitive edge. Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to align efforts, develop products, and optimize lead generation. Track and evaluate business performance using key metrics and prepare status reports on progress towards goals.

Ability to think strategically and develop innovative ideas for expanding business profitability. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and networking skills to engage with various stakeholders. Proven negotiation skills to close deals and a track record of success in achieving sales targets. Expertise in building and nurturing professional relationships with clients and partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A strong grasp of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and a fastpacked environment.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
