We're now looking for a
driven Business Development professional
to lead our
B2B partnerships and international alliances
with consultants, universities, and training providers across the globe.
What You'll Do
Build and manage partnerships with
immigration firms, study abroad agents, coaching institutes, and travel companies
.
Develop
outsourcing collaborations
where Kompass handles training or visa services for partner firms.
Generate new opportunities through
LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and webinars
.
Prepare
presentations and business proposals
for potential partners.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction.
Explore
domestic and international markets
for expansion.

Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in
B2B Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
Background in
immigration, education, training, or travel
preferred
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills
Confident using
LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to domestic/international travel
Strong English skills; extra languages are a plus
