Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients across industries
Create and present impactful sales pitches, proposals, and decks
Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, delivery) to align solutions with client needs
Track business development performance and provide regular updates
Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors' offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
1-3 years (Executive) / 3-5 years (Manager) of relevant experience in BD/client acquisition-
(Agency experience preferred)

Prior agency experience (creative, digital, or advertising) is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strong knowledge of digital services: branding, social media, websites, performance marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
Goal-driven, proactive, and strong team player
Leadership experience (for manager role)
