Role Overview

DECG International (DECG Group) is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of

Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

. The primary responsibility of this role is

revenue generation through new client acquisition

, especially from

Government and Semi-Government departments

such as

PWD, CPWD, NHAI, and related authorities

.

This role demands strong field marketing, relationship building, and business development skills in the infrastructure and project-based sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate

new business opportunities

from: PWD (Public Works Department) CPWD (Central Public Works Department) NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) Government contractors & infrastructure firms Develop and maintain strong relationships with: Government officials Project engineers Contractors & consultants Prepare and submit: Company profiles Proposals, quotations, and tenders Pre-qualification documents Conduct market surveys and track: Upcoming government projects Tender notifications Competitor activities Achieve

monthly and annual revenue targets

Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Accounts, Operations) for smooth project execution. Follow up for payments and client satisfaction after project completion. Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and official discussions.

Skills Required

Strong communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of government procurement systems Understanding of tendering & project-based marketing Field marketing experience Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to build long-term client relationships

Educational Qualification

MBA (Marketing)

OR

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringExperience

Experience in

government projects / infrastructure / industrial marketing

will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience +

Performance Incentives (Revenue-Based)
