Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry contacts.
Maintaining the existing and new clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate business solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development / sales / client acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships.
Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
