Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic

Business Development Executive / Manager

to lead local sales and relationship-building activities in

Nagpur and Vidarbha

. You will play a key role in driving new client acquisition for both

Digital Marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, etc.)

and

IT Solutions (custom software, SaaS, AI/data projects, websites)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in target industries like

healthcare (hospitals/clinics), retail, manufacturing, education, real estate, and SMEs



Pitch services related to

digital marketing, web development, software solutions, and AI/data



Meet clients in person, conduct need analysis, and present tailored solutions

Prepare proposals, quotations, and support deal negotiation

Maintain and update CRM with lead status and client interactions

Follow up diligently to convert leads into long-term business relationships

Attend local networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry meets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA or marketing/IT background preferred)

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing services

Good understanding of local business dynamics in Nagpur & Vidarbha

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel frequently for in-person meetings (own vehicle preferred)

Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, Excel, and proposal writing

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local business sectors (hospitals, retailers, manufacturers, etc.)

Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, website development, or custom software

Multilingual: Marathi, Hindi, and English fluency

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience (2 Lacs to 7 Lacs)
