We are looking for a

sharp, proactive, and execution-driven Business Development Executive / Manager

to lead user acquisition, partnerships, and advisor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities



Advisor & Talent Onboarding



Onboard verified SEBI-RIA (Registered Investment Advisors) to publish trades. Negotiate terms and contracts, and build a structured advisor onboarding flow. Maintain strong relationships with onboarded talent to drive retention and quality.

User Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships



Manage official Telegram channels, grow communities, and create engaging content. Forge partnerships with discount brokers, trading educators, and finance influencers. Explore integration opportunities with fintech APIs and platforms. Strategically use Telegram CTAs to drive conversion to paid plans.

Customer Feedback & Monetization



Interact with 100+ users monthly to collect structured feedback and insights. Share feature requests and pricing suggestions with the product and tech teams. Execute funnel experiments to increase paid user conversions.

Requirements



3-6 years of experience in Business Development (B2C or B2B) in fintech, trading, or financial advisory. Solid understanding of

stock markets, equity, options, and trading platforms

. Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with community platforms like

Telegram, YouTube, Discord

, etc. Fluency in

Hindi and English

is essential.

30-60-90 Day Success Plan

First 30 Days



Understand product offerings, user personas, and advisor onboarding workflow. Identify top 3 user pain points through direct interactions. Build an outreach list of 20+ YouTube/Telegram creators. Draft the advisor onboarding pitch and set up initial conversations.

Next 60 Days



Sign partnerships with key influencers and discount brokers. Onboard 10+ SEBI-registered advisors to DailyTrades.in. Launch a feedback loop with the product team for feature improvement.

By 90 Days



Deliver measurable growth: increased paid subscriptions and advisor listings. Build scalable outreach and onboarding systems for future team expansion. Establish KPIs across acquisition, retention, and revenue funnels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
