Sales-driven Business Development Executive (Male)
with a strong background in the
study abroad industry
. The primary responsibility will be to
convert student leads into paid admissions
, drive sales targets, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. This is a performance-based role, ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming leads into admissions
by actively following up and counselling students.
Meet or exceed
monthly sales targets
for student enrollments.
Conduct
one-on-one counselling sessions
(in-person/telephonic/online) to explain program options, processes, and pricing.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through educational institutions, social media, and referral networks.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, digital marketing, and visa) to ensure timely processing and service delivery.
Maintain updated records of student interactions and status in the CRM system.
Participate in promotional activities such as
education fairs, seminars, and workshops
.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of proven sales experience
in the
study abroad / overseas education industry
.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to
work under pressure and achieve targets
.
Comfortable with outbound calling and in-person student meetings.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
Willingness to travel for business development activities when required.
