Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Visit potential customers to present and demonstrate products/services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in direct or field sales (experience in IT Sales is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel across Kerala for client meetings.
