Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our growth through strategic partnerships, increasing outreach, and organizing community-based eye camps. The successful candidate will not only contribute to our market presence but also play a key role in our community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with the hospital's goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. Lead new market opportunities, including organizing eye camps to enhance community engagement and awareness. Participate in and organize marketing events, conferences, and community eye camps. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for various initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on business development activities and their impact. Work with management to refine and implement growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare sector. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events, such as health camps or community outreach programs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
