Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call students/parents, explain courses, and promote programs. Convert leads to enrollments through consistent follow-up. Stay updated on all course details to answer queries. Meet sales and enrollment goals regularly. Record calls, leads, and feedback in CRM. Help students choose suitable courses based on their goals. Plan and manage classes smoothly. Solve academic doubts and issues quickly. You should manage the batch co-ordinations of the respective batch you're closing.
Requirements Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.)

Experience: 3 to 2 year ( Ed-tech field is plus)
