Business Development Executive
to join our team and scale our sales and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for e-commerce services (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, ERP integrations, digital marketing, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and target markets.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business opportunities with service capabilities.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Represent Seamedia in networking events, online communities, and industry forums.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in IT/E-commerce industry preferred).
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
