Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and convert potential clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals
Achieve monthly/quarterly business growth targets
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar role within a
Software Development Agency
Proven track record of successful bidding and client acquisition on freelance platforms
Strong knowledge of lead generation, outreach, and sales funnels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach
Qualifications
Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong Business and Account Management skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the IT industry is a must
