We are hiring - Business Development Executive (Freight Sales/Logistics)
Location: Mohali (Work From Office)
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST (8:30 pm - 5:30 am IST)
Experience: 2+ years
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Role Highlights
Prospect and cold call potential shippers to secure freight contracts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with clients.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams for smooth deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in freight sales, logistics, or trucking is mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation & client acquisition skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated with a go-getter and target-driven attitude.
Knowledge of dry van and reefer freight types is required.
