Role Overview



We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented

Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Specialist)

whose primary focus will be driving lead generation and outreach via LinkedIn across overseas markets. Your mission will be to build a strong pipeline of qualified IT / ERP business opportunities in target geographies (USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe), and partner with the sales team to convert them. The role requires not just outreach execution, but strategic branding, content & relationship building on LinkedIn to position us as a trusted partner.

You will:

Develop, design, and execute LinkedIn lead generation & outreach campaigns tailored to target industries (IT, ERP, technology services). Identify, connect with, and nurture decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors) at target companies in overseas markets. Craft message sequences, content, touchpoints, follow-ups to generate meetings and qualified leads. Run LinkedIn marketing / branding activities (posts, thought leadership content, company page optimization) to support lead generation and brand visibility. Track key metrics (connection acceptance rate, reply rate, meeting conversions, pipeline generated) and continuously optimize outreach strategy. Maintain a CRM of all prospecting, outreach, responses, and next steps. Stay up to date on LinkedIn policies, features, best practices, and competitor tactics in your domain.

Must-Have Key Requirements



Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation & outreach, including use of Sales Navigator or equivalent tools. Strong ability to generate IT/ERP business leads from overseas markets (USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe). Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills -- able to craft persuasive messages, follow up, build relationships. Deep knowledge of LinkedIn marketing & personal / company branding strategies (profile optimization, content/thought leadership, connection growth). Self-motivated, target-driven, with discipline to follow-through outreach sequences & pipelines. Experience using a CRM and tracking metrics (response rates, conversion metrics, pipeline) with ability to analyze & optimize.
