Role Overview
This is a pure outbound business development role with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach. You will identify, connect with, and convert potential clients into qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and build targeted lead lists of decision-makers on LinkedIn
Outreach through personalised messages, comments, DMs and follow-ups
Schedule qualified discovery calls for the CEO/team
Maintain consistent daily activity: connections, replies, meetings booked
Track leads and conversations in CRM / spreadsheets
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and ICP targeting
Share insights on prospect needs, objections, and opportunities
What We Expect
Strong communication and business writing skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting tools and Sales Navigator (preferred)
Confidence in speaking with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
Ability to manage outreach targets with consistency and discipline
Smart research skills and understanding of digital marketing basics
A mindset to learn fast and take ownership

Monthly target of
