As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching our services or products to potential clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts. You will play a key role in increasing revenue and helping us expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred (Freshers with strong communication may apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus
