Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a successful career in the luxury bath and sanitaryware industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential customers, architects, builders, and contractors for Kohler products.
Generate and manage leads for retail and project sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, and order processing.
Promote Kohler bath fittings, sanitaryware, and complete bathroom solutions to customers.
Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent the brand professionally in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualities
Experience:
0-2 years in sales or business development (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the luxury bath industry.
Willingness to travel for client and site visits.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Added Advantage:
Exposure or internship in sectors like sanitaryware, tiles, hardware, interiors, or building materials.
Education
Graduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or any related field.
Technical or design background is a plus but not mandatory.
