Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, expand market presence, and develop new business opportunities for Cake World by acquiring new customers, building strong channel partnerships, and improving revenue from institutional, bulk, and corporate orders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities (corporate orders, bulk orders, events, parties, cafes, distributors).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop local market penetration strategies to increase brand visibility and footfall.
Promote new product launches, seasonal offers, and combo deals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Visit potential clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, hostels, and offices.
Handle negotiations, pricing approvals, and contract closures.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Channel Development
Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and institutional partners.
Support franchise/outlet expansion initiatives if applicable.
Coordinate with operations and logistics for smooth order execution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and CRM updates.
Share feedback on customer preferences and demand trends with the product team.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with production, outlet teams, delivery, and accounts for seamless execution.
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and payment collection follow-up.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 1-4 years in FMCG / Retail / Food & Beverage sales preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply.
Working Conditions
Field-based role with local travel.
Flexible working hours based on business requirements.
Weekend and festive season engagement expected.
