Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
Counsel prospective students/clients, explaining product offerings clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets including initial reference sale.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales .
Coordinate with BDMs and training teams for onboarding, queries, and ongoing learning.
Provide timely responses via phone, email, and digital channels.

Requirements:
Location: Kochi or nearby preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working from home with reliable internet access.
Basic reporting and computer proficiency.
