Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiations
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Conduct outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in telecalling and client outreach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
