We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing financial services organization. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating leads, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction Identify and pursue new business opportunities Achieve sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiations Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly Conduct outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently
Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in telecalling and client outreach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
