Key Responsibilities
Conduct telecalling to reach potential students and working professionals for various training programs.
Provide effective counselling to candidates regarding course options, career opportunities, and training pathways.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Generate and manage leads through calls, follow-ups, emails, and CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and existing students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for campaign execution and lead management.
Maintain updated knowledge of SMEClabs training programs and industry trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on conversions and lead pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in business development, telecalling, counselling, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.
Excellent counselling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional behavior and customer service-focused mindset.
