We are seeking a proactive and target-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growing financial services organization. This role focuses on client relationship management, lead generation, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction Identify new business opportunities and follow up with potential clients Achieve sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiations Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly Conduct outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently

Skills & Qualifications



1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in calling and telecalling activities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
