We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing financial services firm. The role focuses on client relationship management, lead conversion, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospective clients
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Handle outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good experience in calling and telecalling
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
