We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives in the IT services domain. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads to maintain a consistent business pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely responses to clients.
Maintain records of leads, discussions, and closures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions.
Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a target-oriented role.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
