The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves researching market trends, reaching out to potential clients, pitching products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute business development strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM software.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate new leads.
Provide regular reports and feedback to management on market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in [mention industry, e.g., IT, digital marketing, etc.]).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and pitching abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries.
Knowledge of digital marketing, software, or technology products (if applicable).
