Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct regular market visits to explore new business and map upcoming construction projects.
2. Project Acquisition & Specification
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and interior designers.
Get products specified for ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects.
Follow up on BOQs, technical submissions, mock-ups, and approvals.
3. Channel & Distributor Management
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and fabricators to ensure smooth material supply.
Support channel partners with pricing, product training, marketing materials, and negotiation support.
Monitor stock availability and ensure timely delivery of materials for project execution.
4. Territory Management
Map project influencers, decision-makers, and competition presence.
Track ongoing construction activities and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Timely reporting through CRM/Excel regarding leads, conversions, and closures.
5. Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions as required.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.
6. Market Intelligence
Closely monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.
Suggest new product opportunities and strategies based on market trends.
Provide inputs for marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams for smooth order execution.
Coordinate with senior management for pricing approvals and project support.
Submit regular MIS reports on sales performance, receivables, and project progress.
