We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and markets.
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Present and promote Doctosmart's services and training programs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare proposals and maintain sales records.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)
Any degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, IT or related fields)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with clients
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to learn and work towards targets
