We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both our education and web-development divisions.
Generate, nurture, and close leads.
Build strong, long-term relationships with colleges, students, and clients who need websites.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients: colleges, training institutes, corporate partners, and businesses needing websites.
Reach out via cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Login Business
Client Engagement & Sales
Understand client needs by asking probing questions and listening actively.
Present our IT course offerings to colleges / students and our web development services to business clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, demos, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
Relationship Management
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied and renewing / upselling where appropriate.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, development, operations) to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and areas of potential growth in both education and web development. Shine
Provide feedback to the leadership team on customer needs, product improvements, and market demand.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with marketing to run campaigns, webinars, and events to generate leads.
Liaise with the technical team to ensure proposals are feasible and clients' requirements are delivered.
Attend industry events, college fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
