Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, online research, networking, and social media platforms.

Client Outreach:

Initiate contact with prospects to present company products and services effectively.

Presentations & Demos:

Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase value propositions to clients.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Negotiation & Closure:

Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals to achieve targets.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for client requirements and proposal development.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Brand Representation:

Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in sales, cold calling, and client handling. Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
