Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our training and education programs to prospective students and professionals.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, online platforms, and local networks.
Conduct presentations and counseling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Meet monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain proper documentation and regular follow-ups with leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for outreach and lead generation.
