Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying potential clients, promoting the company's educational products or services, and converting leads into admissions or subscriptions. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, field visits, events, etc.).

Explain and promote courses, or training programs to potential students, parents.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and counseling sessions.

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and marketing activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Attend meetings, webinars, and training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

Any Bachelors Degree

Strong communication and presentation skills (in English and regional language).

Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
