Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone and introduce them to our company's services and maintenance solutions.* Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information to generate interest.* Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into potential clients.* Build and maintain a database of leads and client interactions.* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and contribute to business growth.*
Training:
A 1-week training session will be provided to selected candidates to help them understand our services, communication process, and sales approach.*
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.* Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.* Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest.* Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.* Follow up with leads regularly to close sales.* Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.*
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or BDE roles (preferred).* Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert preferred languages].* Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.* Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.* Minimum age requirement: 25 years and above* Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in sales is required.*
