? Research and gather information on prospects to better understand their needs and
identify sales opportunities.
? Initiate contact with potential customers, engage them in conversations to
understand their requirements, and present product or service offerings.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
? Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential
clients.
? Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a
smooth and efficient process.
? Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with
clients.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer
interactions.
?Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue
goals of the company.
? Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, pipeline status,
and forecasts.
? Collaborate with the customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and address
any issues that may arise.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
to identify new business opportunities.
? Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and
potential product enhancements.
? Prepare and submit accurate reports to the reporting manager on regular interval
as well as when demanded.
