Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Client Outreach:
Contact potential clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and meetings to present company services.
Proposal & Presentation:
Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiation:
Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and close deals effectively.
Follow-up:
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management review.
Event Participation:
Represent the company in business expos, networking events, and client meetings when required.
Feedback & Improvement:
Gather client feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Digital Engagement:
Utilize social media and digital channels for business promotion and lead generation.
