Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a result-driven mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Present company products or services to clients and explain their benefits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up effectively. Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Handle client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office or CRM software. Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in B2B or B2C sales. Knowledge of digital marketing or CRM tools. Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
