We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Present and promote company products or services to potential customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry-specific details, e.g., import/export, IT, FMCG, etc.].
Knowledge of [specific markets, regulations, or sales techniques].
