Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Present and promote training programs, course structures, and career opportunities in trading and finance.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals.
Achieve sales and enrollment targets in line with company objectives.
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
Collaborate with trainers and administrative teams for smooth onboarding and program delivery.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for Business, Finance, or related fields).
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with potential students and clients.
Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of financial markets/trading is an advantage (training will be provided).
