Key Responsibilities
Sales Development:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote
life insurance
products.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain lasting relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and offering suitable life insurance plans.
Lead Generation:
Generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of life insurance products, benefits, and policy features.
Sales Targets:
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Customer Support:
Guide clients through policy selection, documentation, and after-sales service.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the team and manager to implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with
up to 2 year of sales experience
