Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

to drive sales, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies. Maintain accurate records in CRM software and track business development activities.

Key Requirements:



Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:



Education:

B.Tech or MBA

Experience in education industry is a plus. preferred candidates from banglore english mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
