Job Description

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across corporate, educational, and institutional segments. Promote cruise packages for events such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, school excursions, and private celebrations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and follow-ups. Develop leads from travel agents, hotels, and event management companies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare progress reports. Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate business leads. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualification and Skills Required

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in hospitality, travel, or events preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good networking skills with ability to build partnerships. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Fluency in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
