Business Development Executive
to lead our client acquisition and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Lead pitch presentations and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and marketing strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Set sales goals and ensure targets are met
Maintain and update CRM records regularly
Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in marketing or service-based industries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in client handling, negotiations, and sales pitching
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing concepts
