Identify, source, and acquire new customers for loan and financial products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
Organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure proper documentation, credit checks, and compliance in line with company policies.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update MIS.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing/Finance preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of financial products and local market network.
