We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The role involves
college visits, lead generation, and admission conversion
for our training programs. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about student outreach and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges, universities, and institutions to promote IPCS Global training programs.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to generate student leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and placement cells.
Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and admission targets.
Follow up with leads and counsel them to join IPCS training programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for events, promotions, and branding activities.
Maintain records of field activities, leads, and admissions in reports/CRM.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
Represent IPCS Global in educational fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Ensure high levels of professionalism and brand representation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in business development/field marketing (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Energetic, confident, and comfortable with public speaking.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and outreach.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
