Job Description

1-2 years of experience in medical, healthcare, or wellness business development

(experience with Ayurveda or alternative medicine is an advantage). Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients/patients.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities with clinics, wellness centers, and corporate clients. Promote Meddleaf Ayurvedic Hospital's treatments, therapies, and wellness programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, community partners, and potential customers. Execute marketing campaigns, events, and health awareness programs. Achieve monthly targets for patient acquisition and service bookings. Conduct market research to identify trends and provide strategic feedback.

Skills & Qualities



Smart, energetic, and self-motivated. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong networking and client relationship management skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Education



Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Healthcare background preferred).
