Job Summary:



We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

Social media management, Digital marketing and Branding trends

, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition



Identify, research, and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's client portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Proposal Development & Pitches



Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver winning pitches. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Market Research & Strategy



Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Develop and implement effective business development strategies. Suggest innovative solutions to meet clients' branding and digital marketing needs.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with internal teams (creative, social media, and digital marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular reports on business development performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1-2years) in

business development, client servicing, or sales

within the advertising or digital marketing industry. Strong knowledge of

branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and online advertising

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
