Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to accelerate business growth and client acquisition. You will play a vital role in positioning our communication products to businesses, driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

This role involves frequent client interactions and travel, along with ownership of the complete sales cycle--from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at delivering tailored communication solutions that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries.

Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, outbound strategies, and networking.

Deliver impactful product presentations and demos customized to client requirements.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry.

1 - 2 years of experience in communication technology industry or customer engagement platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

High energy, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and travel as needed.

Strong networking ability with a proven record of closing deals.
